            Tools for Educators (http://www.toolsforeducators.com ), is a free website filled with various resources such as, printable worksheets, classroom printables, and online generated worksheets with hundreds of images provided from Tools for Educators. The website has a simple design that makes it easy to navigate between the different tools. Webmaster Mark Cox creates all tools and manages 15 other websites for educators, general greeting cards, and calendars.

            Tools for Educators focuses on providing free tools for teachers that bring endless fun back into the classroom. Educators are able to be creative with generating their own worksheets or handouts from the material provided on the site. For example, The Dice Makers, generate one and/or two printable dice with text or images on each face of the dice. Another great tool, Picture dictionary maker, with 2,000+ words available, this tool allows educators to make picture vocabulary handouts to help their students to expand vocabulary comprehension. The site also provides some game-board themed handouts.

            Educators now have FREE access to materials used to bridge the gap of English Language Learners (ELL) and/or Students with Specific Learning Disabilities (SLD) in their classroom. By pairing picture and words, students have a better understanding of English vocabulary and comprehension used in the lessons.  This site offers many benefits that are user friendly and accommodating.

The site offers English, French, German, Spanish, and many more languages for teachers to use in their classrooms. Users would just need to follow the directions provided for each tool in order to generate their desired worksheet or handout. Once all specifications are filled out, one only needs to click the ‘Make it’ button on the bottom of the page and download their tool.

Tools for Educators is a great literacy website because of the amazing resources geared toward student engagement. The simplicity of the website is user friendly with endless possibilities that are free to the public.
